Course Overview
This course teaches students how anger impacts their body, mind, and behavior. They will learn to use a five-step method to break old patterns and adopt a model for assertive anger. The course will help students develop skills to control their emotions when faced with others’ anger. Additionally, they will learn strategies to assist others in managing their repressed or expressed anger safely. Ultimately, the course aims to improve personal and professional interactions through better communication and emotional regulation.
