Course Overview

In this course, students will acquire the ability to thoroughly assess an organization’s current state by employing various data analysis methods, such as SWOT analysis and force field analysis. They will learn to establish and confirm the purpose of their analysis with stakeholders, ensuring that the scope and methods used are effective and efficient. The course will guide them in sourcing current, relevant, and accurate information to comprehensively cover the planned scope of analysis. Students will also be trained to determine and articulate both short-term and long-term organizational objectives, verifying their validity with key decision-makers.
